  • Sleep, proper sleep: Used to think I could run on fumes. Big mistake in this city. Made a real effort to hit the sack at a decent hour. That was a game-changer for my energy. Waking up not feeling like a zombie? Priceless.
  • A bit of stretching: Not talking about yoga contortions. Just basic stretches in the morning, like what you see old folks doing in the park. 10 minutes. Gets the blood flowing, stops you feeling like an old rusty hinge.

Honestly, I stopped chasing after every new wellness fad. It’s all noise. Found out that for me, it was about building these small habits, day in, day out. Stuff that didn’t cost a fortune or take up half my day.
